So I understand that a lot of people loved the book and it made lots of money this past weekend in theaters, but the thing is it won't have that great of a reputation.

Let me go on the record saying I have not seen the film or do I plan to. I have very close friends who have seen it and said it was one of the most awful movies they have ever seen. Also, looking at reviews it has a 26% approval on Rotten Tomatoes. You might say critics aren't always right. I understand that, but CinemaScore, which is a review sight for anyone, no critics gave "Fifty Shades of Grey" a C+ grade, which is the same grade for the Johnny Depp flop "Mordecai."

I know there is a huge fan base for this book and they are making sequels, but like in the case of Twilight franchise, they will make money but then will be forgotten as just terrible movies.
