This September 11th marks the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center Towers in New York City. The American Legion in Bozeman will be holding a memorial for anyone who would like to attend.

The American Legion at 225 East Main Street will be holding a 9/11 memorial in memory of the tragic events that happened in Manhattan 11 years ago. A seven-gun salute, taps, the release of white pigeons, and the national anthem are planned.  The memorial begins at 9:03 on Tuesday September 11th, the same time that the second plane hit the World Trade Center.
