Attention Business Owners – Counterfeit $20 Bills Being Circulated!

The Helena Police is sending out a warning - over the long Memorial Day Weekend fake counterfeit $20 bills have been used in Helena businesses.  According to KBZK - here's some different ways that you can tell these fake bills from the real ones.

• The ID number on the bogus bills is JF20166480E.
• None of the bills had the security strip, hologram, or color shifting ink.
• Ink looks smeared
• The color of the money is more gray than green
