It’s time for the menswear edition of Milan Fashion Week, and you know what that means? It means that aside from high-end designers presenting their latest creations for the spring/summer 2013 season (we know, it’s so far off. But that’s how the fashion peeps do it), they’re also sending some of the sexiest male models in the world down the runway.
While ‘Prometheus’ left us with many unanswered questions — the main one being, “WTF?” especially if you only saw the movie ’cause no one would go with your boyfriend — the one thing that’s kept in our minds is that opening scene with the six-packed alien “Engineer” who sacrifices himself to begin a new life cycle.
Every since Carly Jepson replaced Rebecca Black’s annoyingly catchy “Friday” with the equally mind-numbing “Call Me Maybe,” mostly everyone has been humming the tune and re-watching her music video for the um-teenth time. But if you’re like us (that is, hot guy obsessed), then you’ve only got one question on your mind: Who is that shirtless guy from the “Call Me Maybe” music video?
When you think of Abraham Lincoln, you think tall hat, beard, and that monument in Washington D.C., right? But the term “sexy” never really applied to him… nor, for that matter, did “vampire hunter.” Needless to say, Benjamin Walker managed to add both of those descriptions to the iconic president for ‘Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.’
We can’t believe it’s taken us this long to recognize Ryan Kwanten for being such a hunk, but it was probably just because he’s such a clear sex icons that we thought it wasn’t worth mentioning. Still, when we saw him shirtless for ‘True Blood’s’ season 5 premiere, it was like meeting up with an old friend we haven’t seen in years and we realized we’ve been taking Kwanten’s perfect bod for granted.
First of all, if you were wondering why so many soccer jersey-wearing Europeans were crowding your local bars and making a raucous over some soccer game, we’re apparently in the middle of UEFA Euro 2012. Basically, it’s the same thing as the World Cup, but only for European teams. Why Europe gets to have it’s own tournament, we don’t know. But if all the athletes look like soccer player Glen Johnson, we’d be hootin’ and hollerin’ along with them.
The stars of ‘Magic Mike’ may be taking up most of our attention with their sculpted arms and all those shirtless pics they keep leaking to us, but there’s other movies coming out with equally hot gents. ‘That’s My Boy,’ for instance, though already looking like another one of Adam Sandler’s horrible acting decisions, features Milo Ventimiglia as a hardened Iraq war vet with the abs to prove it.
Matt Bomer has been shirtless many a time before on his hit series ‘White Collar,’ but we’ve been waiting patiently (very patiently) for him to go all buck wild on us and become the male stripper we need him to be in ‘Magic Mike.’ If the wait until the end of June wasn’t bad enough, Warner Bros. keeps teasing us with more and more shirtless images of our favorite studs, one of the most recent being of Bomer donning a pair of aviator shades and a sailor’s cap.
Everybody wants to live the life of ‘Cinderella’ without having to clean anything. They want to be swept off their feet by a prince and taken to a castle where a palace-full of servants and loads of money will create their happily ever after.
