I will never forget walking into Howard Hall, the music building at Montana State University, on my very first day at college. My mom had (selectively) forgot to mention that marching band was going to be a part of my Music Education curriculum. I hated marching band in high school, and was horrified to find out I was going to have to spend 2 more years doing something I dreaded.
Cooking My First Thanksgiving Meal – YIKES!

I come from a relatively small family. Most of my Thanksgivings have been spent on my family farm with my grandparents, mom, aunts & uncles and cousins. This year we decided to switch it up and my mom is making the trip here for the Holiday. I am super excited about this but it does mean one very important thing - like it or not I am about to cook my first ever Thanksgiving Meal!

We all grew up reading and watching Princess stories while growing up. While they were all stories of enormous grandeur, a much more modest and real princess story is beginning as Prince William and girlfriend Kate Middleton recently announced their engagement and they plan on marrying next year in London.

At my house there is a long standing tradition, Sunday Funday!!! Sunday Funday can encompass anything from hikes, snowboarding and day trips...to sitting on the couch watching football and movies. No matter what the days activities, Sunday's always end with huge meal (milk included) around my dinner table.
