I have a passion for experiencing life; truly experiencing it. I believe that you cannot play from the sidelines, you have to get in the game. Living a life shadowed by dis-ease goes directly against that goal.

And I have an even more important goal: I want you to join me in experiencing the fullness of life. I want you to get in the game of health.

I love people and I love hearing their stories. Most importantly, I want to know where you want to go. In this context I want to know where you want your state of health to go, and then become part of your story to help you find it.

I am driven by the concept of balance. Balance is a way of being not an end result. It is something you practice as the worlds inside and outside of your body react to each other. I will help you find your balance-practice.

I believe the body can heal thy self. The signs and symptoms we experience are the bodies way of telling us there is a disharmony that it is trying to compensate for.

When healing is permitted the body will return to a balanced expression of health. To support the body in this process I continually ask WHY. Why did the body become unbalanced? What is going on in this person’s life that perpetuates the imbalance? Looking at the person as a whole, not just the disease, we begin to figure out the why. Then we can start to work on prevention and learning to stop disease before it becomes a physical manifestation.

By following nature’s laws, going back to the basics of human health, understanding the world of your body and how it communicates with you, and falling in love with WHO YOU ARE, you become health. That is balance. And that is our medicine.
