Here are some quick ideas that will help you manage your hair, makeup and skin routines perfectly in 2011. There's always room for improvement. Here's what each of the Cosmo beauty editors are hoping to step up in the new year.

Leah's resolution: To wear more lipstick!

I have drawers and purses full of tubes—from classic neutrals to funky-colored fuchsias—which I've taken from the beauty closet to test. But so often, I use them once or twice, toss them in the "'lipstick graveyard,"' and end up walking around with just plain balm. Not this year! One swipe of lipstick makes me feel so much sexier and look tons more pulled-together. I swear I can be nearly bare-faced, and lipstick will change my whole look. That's why I'm vowing to USE the lipsticks I have! And I'm making good on my resolution: this a.m., I rocked Bobbi Brown's Rich Lip Color in Cosmic Raspberry. The purplish-pink shade (look for it on counters next month) is strikingly cool and stays on for hours—and given my obsession (and new resolution) I have a feeling I'm going to need a backup tube at-the-ready!

Marta's resolution: To stop being a hair slacker!

Every day I look at photos and write about women with gorgeous, sexy hair . And, since I'm lucky enough to talk to top celebrity stylists on a regular basis, I actually know how to create some of those lust-worthy styles. But, instead, I come to work with my hair 80% blow dried (on a good day) or in a bun on the top of my head. Unacceptable. My goal is to allow my hair to reach its maximum hotness potential each day. I'll be using a tip I learned from celeb stylist Kristin Ess while writing "'How to Look Hot—in a Hurry"' for Cosmo's current January issue. After blow drying or dry shampooing in the AM, I'll work a one-and-a-half-inch curling iron through my hair—with an iron that big, I'll only need to quickly do four to five sections. Speedy, sexy hair will be my new style.

Jessica's resolution: To stop neglecting my body!

Ask for my nighttime facial routine, and you'll get a ton of steps: cleansing, exfoliating, peeling, moisturizing. But ask for my body routine and you'll get nothing. I know it's terrible, but I speed right through my shower routine with soap and water––no exfoliating scrub or moisturizing body wash. Then I hop out and get dressed, skipping the lotion that sits on my dresser. Not the best idea, especially in the cold, harsh winter . This year, I'm vowing to apply body lotion at least once a day. I found one by St. Ives that you can get your hands on come February: the new Naturally Indulgent Coconut Milk & Orchid Extract (it's so ridiculously rich, plus it smells like the beach thanks to yummy coconut) that I'm obsessed with. I'm already using it on my hands. Now I just need slather it on!
