I don't know about you but I can't wait for this years Bobcat Football season to begin. A giant addiction to the stadium is under construction and near completion. If you haven't seen it up close, which I'm guessing you haven't given that it's currently a construction site, you have to watch this video tour of the new addition
It was well over two years ago when the devastating explosion in downtown Bozeman shocked us all. If you had spent any time in downtown before that tragic day, you knew and loved the Rockin R Bar. I spent many of my biggest college (and after) nights out in this bar - turning 21, celebrating big Bobcat/Griz wins, Homecoming Parades, Music on Main, Karaoke - everyone has their own R Bar favorite's list. These memories only got stronger on that fateful day we all saw it in pieces and burning to the ground. The doors of the R Bar have been closed for 873 days - but tomorrow the countdown ends and the R Bar opens its doors again!!!

This July 16th is a chance for you all to show your love for the Gallatin Art Crossing and all the work they have done to unite local sculptors and beautify downtown Bozeman in a major way. Held on the promenade of the Downtown Library the Installation
Ross and I went to dinner the other night with our friend Greg. The server came over and mentioned that Prime Rib was the special. I thought to myself, that's what I want - but I do want just a few of the restaurants yummy french fries too. I turned to Ross and asked what he was getting -and he called me out right away because this has happened before, he knew I wanted him to get fries so I could eat some of them. Greg started laughing from across the table, and Ross went on to explain how this situation has happened many times.
Family Fun Day 2011 at Bridger Creek turned out to be a huge success. The day was looking bleak as dark clouds surrounded the golf course but that didn't stop the participants or the volunteers. Most attendees intelligently took shelter at the club house but a few brave golfers played on threw the rain. We had four competitions for the kids and parents to compete in with prizes awarded to the top three in each age group.
