New Graphic Warning Labels To Cover Half of Cigarette Packs

Smokers are going to need a strong stomach if they want to continue their habit.

That’s because starting in September of 2012 new FDA requirements will mandate that half of the area on every pack of cigarettes be covered by a graphic anti-smoking warning label.

Good Morning America’ reported on a questionable new fashion trend last week  — “babykinis,” two-piece bathing suits made for children as young as three-months-old.

The makers of the garments claim they’re “cute” and allow for fun photos ops. But, some parents disagree, arguing the swimwear is “inappropriate” and sexualizes children.

In what came down to a battle between two best friends, Alyssa Campanella of Los Angeles, California was crowned Miss USA 2011 Sunday night at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV.

The 21-year-old beauty beat out Miss Tennessee Ashley Durham to take the title, the 60th in the pageant’s long-running history.
