Jonathan Peter Horvath was arrested in Billings on Monday March 18th as the suspect of a Williston, ND murder. 28-year-old Derrick Spiegel from Williston, was shot following an argument at the Heartbreakers bar around 1am Sunday morning (March 17th)
On Wednesday morning, authorities found the body of a University of Central Florida student inside a dorm room, dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. A campus spokeswoman said that there were also improvised explosive devices and additional weapons in the room.
3PM UPDATE - Authorities in Billings have found the murder suspect, after a tip sent them to a trailer home near I-90. Peter Horvath was taken into custody at around 1pm MT. Authorities went to the trailer and Peter was not found, but he was arrested a short time later nearby in a field after a short foot pursuit.
Around 1am Saturday morning in Williston, North Dakota - a man was shot and killed after an argument with another man outside of Heartbreakers (a local strip club). The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Derrick Spiegel of Williston. Now, police are looking for help in finding the suspected killer.
