April 7 marks the end of prohibition in 1933 and what we now recognize as National Beer Day. Let's all raise a glass of God's nectar today! Don't forget what one of our Founding Fathers, Benjamin Franklin, said: "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy."

National Beer Day is an unofficial holiday in the U.S. celebrated every year on April 7. On April 7, 1933, President Franklin D. Roosevelt had taken the first step toward ending Prohibition. For the first time in 12 years, people were allowed to buy and sell beer, as long as it had less than 4 percent alcohol by volume.

Beer is a delicious delicacy that should be treated as such. Celebrate responsibly today and every day.
