In November of last year, Officer Abram Antonucci invited me to speak at Mrs. Jorgenson's 5th grade D.A.R.E class graduation at Monforton school.  Drug Abuse Resistance Education, better known as D.A.R.E., teaches young people how to avoid controlled drugs, membership in gangs, and violent behavior.  Thus they are that much more prepared to lead productive lives. It was a blast!  I brought along some records that I used to play back in the day, and to my dismay, nobody under 25 knew what they were.  These kids are on top of it.   Congratulations to the Monforton 5th Grade class!  Also a big thank you to D.A.R.E. officer Antonucci and Bozeman Deputy Chief Rich McLane for all their hard work and dedication.
