Onetime heartthrob and former 'Partridge Family' star David Cassidy is in trouble with the law again.

ABC News reports that the singer-actor, 63, was arrested just after midnight tonight (Aug. 21) in upstate New York. Schodack police say that Cassidy was cited for a DWI and for failing to dim his headlights.

Cassidy was taken to the Rensslaer County jail, where he was later released on a $2,500 bond. He is slated to return to town court on Sept. 4.

A rep for Cassidy couldn't be reached for comment, but this isn't the first time the 'I Think I Love You' crooner has been in trouble with the law. In 2010, Cassidy was busted for a DWI and an open container law violation. He pleaded no contest and was sentenced to a six-month license suspension and one year of probation.
