POWELL, Wyo. (AP) - The death penalty is one option prosecutors are considering pursuing against two teens suspected of killing three people in Clark, Wyo., near the Montana border.

Deputy Park County Attorney Sam Krone told a civic group Wednesday that "all options are on the table" and that prosecutors need to discuss them with the victims' family.

Investigators say 18-year-old Tanner Vanpelt and 19-year-old Stephen Hammer of Cody went to the home of Ildiko Freitas to steal her Audi but ended up shooting her and her parents during the robbery.

The Powell Tribune reported that the case was discussed at a luncheon with local state lawmakers. Krone, who is also a state representative, was asked about the death penalty.

Sen. Hank Coe of Cody said the slayings were a "hard, hard thing for this community."
