Demi Lovato brought her rocker chick chic to the 2013 Teen Choice Awards stage tonight (Aug. 11), performing her latest single 'Made in the USA.' She hit all the notes and did so with a smile.

Lovato, who was the host of last year's ceremony, donned black leather leggings and matching jacket, sporting a punky blond pompadour while performing the upbeat love song. She always nails the sexy rocker look, doesn't she?

At times, the crowd was louder than Lovato during her perf. She thrust the mic out so it could pick up the fans singing along with her. Clearly, the Lovatics showed up for the TCAs this year.

Lovato thanked her good friend Nick Jonas at the end of the song, since he sat behind the kit and played drums during her performance. Remember, Lovato dated his older brother Joe Jonas right before her breakdown in 2010.

Lovato also won Choice Favorite Artist and Choice Single for 'Heart Attack' and was presented with her surfboards after she finished her performance.

"Thank you, so this is pretty cool," she said. "I want to take this surfing with Rebel Wilson if she'll take me up on it."

She finished, "You guys inspire me to keep going every single day. I love all of you. I also dedicate this award to a new little angel in heaven named Lola. We love you."
