10th Annual Drop and Trot

Lindley Park September 24th

MY 103.5 and Haven are proud to bring you the 10th annual Drop and Trot September 24th! Bring fido and run or walk a 5k or 10k starting at beautiful Lindley Park – with a twist – all 5k runners can do 1 minute of pushups to take time off your run! Each pushup you do deducts 10 seconds from your time! Wear purple to show your support and to kick start Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  All the proceeds from the Drop and Trop benefit Haven’s services to victims of domestic violence.
