Set-up will take place on Friday, May 20th, 2011 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Meet at the South Entrance to Haynes Pavilion at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds for load-in procedures. You are responsible for all your business needs, and are responsible for the removal of unsold items and clean-up of your designated area. One table and 2 chairs will be provided per booth. Additional tables are available on request for $5.00. You may also bring your own.
You will be responsible for payment of any state or federal taxes assessed by government agencies for the sale of your items.
No food or beverage of any kind may be sold on the premises of Haynes Pavilion that is intended for immediate consumption on site; however, pre-packaged foods are welcome.
