This July 16th is a chance for you all to show your love for the Gallatin Art Crossing and all the work they have done to unite local sculptors and beautify downtown Bozeman in a major way. Held on the promenade of the Downtown Library the Installation reception will be celebrating this year's additions from local artists around downtown. Free beer and wine, say what? That's right, free beer and wine my friends. Come on down and spend the afternoon brushing shoulders with the happiest creative crowd around and dig the live sounds of local DJs and performers. Donations will be welcome as always, this year accompanied by a limited edition engraved pint glass and of course a complimentary tour of the exhibit by one of the many esteemed and charming board members as well as artists. Please stroll yourself on down and come enjoy the vibe, we cannot wait to see you be part of the art and soul of the Gallatin Valley.

The Art Crossing exhibit hosts a variety of artwork introducing viewers to many artistic approaches. The goal of the program is to add at least one piece to the permanent collection each year and expand further throughout downtown bringing unique works to optimal locations. The entries for this year will be posted on the Art Crossing website and opened for public voting until the installation date. We prefer this level of community involvement and interaction as the art we are placing is for public benefit.  The involved fundraising behind the Crossing incorporates a variety of techniques and entities such as community challenges and the solicitation of individuals and businesses for contributions, not to mention the hours of work from the board and volunteers.

Peace. Music.
