Last night I got the pleasure of eating a dinner prepared by the doctors (and VERY lovely ladies) from Clearwater Healthcare.  These two really have a ton of suggestions that you can actually use to make your eating healthier.  And let me tell you - the food was phenomenal!  Dr. Tanda Leigh Cook &  Dr. Sarah Marshall will be writing a blog that will featured here on my1035.com!  Thanks ladies!
Here's one of their easy shopping tips!

At the grocery store - Shop the perimeter, skip the middle. All the fresh, whole foods are around the outside of the store, from the veggie section to the meat counter.  Grocery shopping never got easier, or faster, if you eat whole foods.  Tip: check out the old fashioned way and skip self check out.  All those veggie codes can take forever to look up.
