Got Pinterest Invite! Now What?

I have been seeing it all over Facebook - people's mentions of Pinterest.  I finally took the time to get on the site last week, and I've got to say that it looks fun!  I sent in my request, and got the acceptance yesterday.  NOW WHAT DO I DO? Whats your favorite thing to see/do on the site?  Can someone help me get started??
