It’s time to put your mastery of the English language to the test.

Researchers from MIT have created what may be the hardest tongue twister ever in an attempt to learn how the brain processes speech.

Ready? Here it is:

Pad kid poured curd pulled cold.

Sure, maybe you can say it, but researchers asked people to say it 10 times. In a row. Fast. Now it's not so easy, huh? Several folks who took part in the study simply gave up and stopped.

Results of the study were presented recently at the Acoustical Society of America in San Francisco (yeah, we couldn’t make it this year, either).
