We've got a lot going at HAVEN, Gallatin County's domestic violence shelter.  HAVEN provides support to victims of domestic violence with a 24-hour crisis line, 15 bed emergency shelter, legal advocacy, support groups and individual counseling. We also enco

urage the prevention of domestic violence by promoting respect and healthy relationships among Gallatin Valley youth.

Get involved with our cause!

Cell phone collection:HAVEN collects used or broken cell phones to be recycled for financial contributions.  Some phones may be saved to be used as emergency 911 phones for our clients.  Please drop off used or broken cell phones, with their chargers, to the boxes at Big Sky Mobile and Insty Prints, both in Downtown Bozeman.  Call us if you have questions or would like to do a drive at your own office. It's an easy way to support a great cause!

Volunteer for the Real Men of HAVEN: Many of our clients express that they wish they had positive male role models for their kids. So HAVEN is asking men in the community to volunteer for once monthly children's activity nights.  We'll be doing things like playing sports, doing crafts, playing board games etc. This is a chance for children who have seen or experience abuse to see what it means to be a real man, a respectful man.  Contact vista@havenmt.org if you are interested or know a good man who is.

Women's Expo- Tough Doesn't Have to be Rough:
April 16- Brick-Breeden Fieldhouse 10am-4pm Free Admission
HAVEN is working with the Women's Expo to host a cowboy kissing/ hugging booth.  For a donation of any size, attendees will get to kiss or hug a cowboy and take a picture with them.  The idea behind this fundraiser is that masculinity doesn't have to be violent. Most men are wonderful and respectful so let's highlight them and spread the word!
