If you're an area realtor and have dreams of seeing your clients making the biggest financial decision of their lives on national TV, now's your chance.

According to Orion Entertainment's press release:

Back by popular demand, HGTV’s “Living Big Sky” series resumes filming Season 2 in the great, gorgeous Western state of Montana this summer. Season 2 of this popular, unique hybrid home and lifestyle show will debut on HGTV next spring.

Part destination, part home show, the “Living Big Sky” series on HGTV highlights all that America’s Wild West and Montana have to offer. Each episode of the half-hour show follows a real estate agent as they introduce their out-of-state home buyers to Big Sky Country  -- to its amazing, limitless outdoor adventures and lifestyle, and to their potential new homes, which possess the same unique, rustic nature of the state they represent: Montana

Unconventional homes are a priority: converted silos, barns, railroad cars, luxury timber frames or a former hunting lodge are ideal. The “Living Big Sky” series also features home buyers experiencing once-in-a-lifetime adventures and exciting lifestyle events that make Montana unique – from cattle drives, world-class fly fishing and skiing to downhome rodeos, rafting, music festivals and much more.

Casting Call for HGTV Series – “Living Big Sky

Calling all Montana real estate agents and their clients: If you’re dynamic, outgoing, outspoken and have always wanted to show off your love of Montana to millions of viewers, then we want to hear from you.

In addition, to match the grandeur and untamed nature of Montana, real estate agents should have great Western flare and tons of personality.  A panel of experts (design, energy, ranching, architecture, back country guides, etc.) will also be on hand to assist agents in helping buyers realize their unique vision of the perfect Montana home and lifestyle.

Big Sky. Big Country. Big Personality. Everything about this fun, new series is Big, Big, BIG!!

What to Expect If You are Cast:

  1. Agents should be ready to show their client 3+ “uniquely Montanan” homes in their price range (renovation properties are welcome).  Any price range will be considered.  We are interested in seeing homes that are off the beaten path.  Prospective clients should be actively looking or should have recently closed on a home within the past year.
  2. Both agent and clients must be willing to appear on camera for approximately 4-5 days (ideally consecutive) as we follow their journey of selecting a Montana home.
  3. With time permitting, our film crew will circle back to capture the renovation and upgrades of the homes our buyers purchase as fixer-uppers, if applicable.
  4. Be ready to experience Montana at its fullest: hunting, fishing, rafting, hiking, rock climbing, rodeos…just to name a few.
