High Wind, Winter Weather Advisories Until Sunday Evening

More snow is in the forecast today with very gusty winds possible, up to 50 miles per hour.

The National Weather Service in Great Falls has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow which is in effect
to 6pm MST Sunday.

Timing and main impact: snow will develop this evening and
continue into Sunday morning. Roads will be snow covered and
slippery.

Snow accumulations: 3 to 6 inches. Isolated amounts up to 10
inches for the higher terrain.

Winds and visibility: visibility will be less than one half mile
at times in snow and blowing snow with west winds gusting to 50
mph.

Locations affected include: Targhee Pass… West Yellowstone…
Raynolds Pass… Big Hole Pass… Chief Joseph Pass… Monida Pass.
