Now that everything we do digitally is virtually 100% traceable, maybe it's about time people start analyzing what they do and say online like they would in real life. This map illustrates the amount of hateful words being tweeted across the country based on each state's counties. Where does Gallatin County fall on the map?

"Some Hate"

Gallatin County falls in the "Some Hate" category. The measurements were made by counting the number of hateful terms tweeted that are deemed homophobic, racist, or prejudicial.

It is interesting to see that the West Coast is much less hateful on Twitter than the East Coast. Is this because the West Coast is actually nicer or is it that they are just more politically correct and do not use these terms?
