If You Love Good Pasta, You Have to Try This Bozeman Restaurant

Bozeman may not have many Italian restaurants. The good news is, what it lacks in quantity, it makes up for in quality.

Over the weekend, I decided to try a new restaurant. I'd heard a lot of great things about Blacksmith Italian in downtown Bozeman, so I decided to give it a try. I sat at the bar and was lucky enough to meet the father and son that own the place.

I had the caramelized brussel sprouts and the grilled Caesar salad. Both of them were really good. My main course was the ricotta gnocchi. The food was excellent, but to be honest, it's a little too expensive for my taste. However, it would be a great place to go for a special occasion. They have a great deal on Monday night. You can get spaghetti & meatballs, and a beer for only $12.

If you plan on having lunch or dinner at Blacksmith Italian, it's a good idea to call ahead and make a reservation.
