It’s Official – Hand Held Cell Phones Banned While Driving In Bozeman

The City Commission voted 4 - 1 for the ban on Hand Held Cell Phones while driving last night - and the law will officially be in effect starting January 17th! If you are caught talking on your phone or texting, police could issue you a $100 ticket.  What are your thoughts on this?
