What do you think?  Should someone else have gotten the "worst reviewed?"  And if so, who?  ~Erin

Jennifer Love-Hewitt has unofficially been dubbed the worst-reviewed movie actress since 1985.

So says Slate, anyway, which recently compiled data from Rotten Tomatoes, a site that generates reviews from movie critics based on a “fresh” and “rotten” scale. Hewitt’s review score averaged a depressing 18.9 percent, thanks to movies like ‘Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit,’ ‘I Still Know What You Did Last Summer’ and the much-maligned ‘Garfield’ movies.

Chuck Norris, meanwhile, was named the worst-reviewed actor, with an equally depressing 18.4 percent average.

Of course, the study failed to include Hewitt’s TV work on such shows as ‘Party of Five’ and ‘Ghost Whisperer,’ which might have fueled her rather, um, unhappy response. In a statement released to EW.com, she said, “Clearly, I need to learn French and go to Paris to make some French films, since those seem to be the favorites of critics. And do they give trophies for this?” (Hewitt was referring to the study’s best-reviewed actor, Daniel Auteuil.)
