UPDATE: In a new report, TMZ claims that Amber Heard appeared at court this morning (May 27) with a bruise on her face. The site alleges the actress maintains that Johnny Depp physically assaulted her with an iPhone on Saturday night (May 21), and that she is the victim of repeated domestic violence. The site also claims that Heard presented photographic evidence of various bruises and injuries sustained while married to the actor.

TMZ's report of the courtroom activity remains unconfirmed.

ORIGINAL POST: While Amber Heard may be entitled to a chunk of Johnny Depp's $400 million fortune following the dissolution of their reportedly prenup-less marriage, it seems that Depp refuses to pay the actress... any of his attention, at least. In a statement issued by his rep to Us Weekly on May 26, the actor shared that he's looking forward to a swift resolution to his pending divorce.

"Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life," his representative told the site in a brisk statement. "Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly."

The actors, who wed in February 2015, first met in 2011 on the set of The Rum Diary. At the time, the Pirates of the Caribbean star was in a long-term relationship with French model and singer Vanessa Paradis, with whom he shares two children. Paradis and Depp announced their split in 2012, and Depp and Heard began dating publicly shortly after.

Depp and Heard were married for 15 months.
