As I sit at my desk typing this post I have beside me a 3x8 inch bar of dark chocolate, a snickers bar and a mini milky way. With all this I have not a shred of guilt today, cause CHOCOLATE MAKES YOU THIN! Well sort of. I came across this article about a study that shows people who consume chocolate regularly have a lower body mass index. The bigger question is how does one get into a study like this, SNORT!
