Lance Armstrong Officially Facing Doping Charges

Not even a year after the US Attorney's office ended their 2 year probe into Lance Armstrong, he is in the news again. He has been officially charged with doping after new allegations from the US Anti-Doping Agency.  These allegations could ultimately cost him his Tour de France titles. He is banned from competing in triathlons because of the formal charges. Lance's attorney said they are "malice and spite.
