Lindsay Lohan Hits Pedestrian With Car

Sometimes it seems like Lindsay Lohan can't catch a break. She is just weeks away from being released from probabation after her slew of arrests last year, and now it seems as trouble has found her again. 

Last night, Lindsay was leaving the Hookah Lounge in LA when the Parparazzi swarmed her.  In an effort to get away, she actually hit a bystander - the manager of the lounge.  She then called the cops and LEFT the scene.  Cops tell TMZ ... they have investigated and determined no one was injured so as far as they are concerned it's case closed.  They added it could be reopened if the person struck contacts them later and claims injury.
