Lunch at 10,400 Feet In Jackson Hole, WY

This past weekend, my boyfriend Ross and I got to spend the weekend in Jackson Hole, WY.  If you are unfamiliar with Jackson, it is a snow junkie haven.  3 ski resorts in about 30 miles, with the crown jewel being Jackson Hole Ski Resort.  I haven't ever gotten a chance to snowboard there, until last Saturday.  The base lies at about 6000 feet, and the peak is over 10,000.  Making this vertical drop even cooler - the Jackson Hole Tram - which takes you (and 99 of your fellow snowbums)  from the bottom of the mountain to the peak in about 10 minutes.  AND, to make this even cooler, you can have lunch at the top at Corbets Cafe!  It's not every day you get to eat your lunch at 10,400 feet!
