Montana Makes the List of Top Ten Most Corrupt States

Montanan's are some of the nicest people in the country, right? I like to believe that is a true statement based on the people I've met, however, us Montanans have a bit of explaining to do. According to Business Insider, Montana ranks in the top 10 for most corrupt states.

The ranking was based on the number of public corruption convictions compared to the population of the state. Montana came in with just over 6 corruptions per 100,000 people. At least we aren't as corrupt as the Dakotas and Alaska!
