Today was the day, the one we've all been waiting for. You could hear the same sentiment echo throughout the Gallatin Valley today, "spring is finally here!" We can't help ourselves from getting a little irritable and impatient around this time every year, even though anyone who has cashed in at least a few years here should know that Montana doesn't have a spring season. It's summer, a short fall and a looong winter.

But I get it, I mean is there any better place on earth on a day like today in Bozeman? Sunny, clear skies, mid 60s and no humidity. The mountains in all their glory, remaining draped in snow. We can play up there, down here in the rivers, go hiking, biking, or just lay around admiring all this beauty. I guess it's no wonder why we grow impatient after a long winter. Well we've got about 3 1/2 months of this, enjoy!
