North Dakota Man Arrested And Charged With Murder Of Local Missing Man

Police have confirmed today that the body found in Williston, North Dakota Tuesday was in fact missing local Jack Sjol. Jack was 58 years-old, and has been missing since April 24th, 2013.  The body was found seven miles east of Williston.

Authorities have arrested 33 year-old Ryan Stensaker, also from Williston for felony murder.

The body was found during the course of the search, which began about 8 a.m. Tuesday involving the Sheriff’s office and the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation.  Until then, police had been tight lipped about details in the case, however they had confirmed they found evidence of a "violent confrontation" at Jack's ranch.
