Prayers Answered. New Four Corners Restaurant Dedicated To Ceviche

Bozeman hasn't exactly been known as a ceviche hub - until now? For those of us who daydream about seafood treats such as ceviche, there is fantastic news in the form of a new restaurant located in Four Corners. Custom made Ecuadorian ceviche. It's pretty much all they do.

FULL DISCLOSURE: I have not been to this new place yet. I've only read about it online an spoken to a couple of people who have been there and really liked it. The menu is super simple, customizable, and I'm excited to try it. Definitely something unique for this area, which I dig.

The new restaurant located in Four Corners is called Estrella Del Mar, located at 7710 Shedhorn Drive, Suite A. If you're coming from Bozeman on Huffine, it's tucked right behind the Jackpot Casino, just shy of the actual Four Corners intersection.
