It is set for Friday, December 21 at 1 p.m. in Park County District Court in Cody, Wyoming.  Speer is being held there on charges of kidnapping and aggravated assault.

We have received the official Press Release from the Manhattan Police Department. It states that initially there was a report last night of an apparent abduction where a witness said they saw a male in a green sedan tackle a female following what appeared to be an argument, and then put her in the vehicle.  More than 40 officers went on a massive search. As of this morning there's good news to report.  Around 11:30pm last night - officers received a call from one of the teenagers saying it was all a joke - she and her brother and her little sister were “messing around” when her brother grabbed her sister and put her in the car.
