Adele Forgives the Ex-Boyfriend Who Inspired ’21′

Chanteuse Adele, whose smash album ’21′ has sold an estimated 10 million copies and is the best-selling album of 2011 in both the US and the singer’s native UK, recently told  Spinner that she’s mended fences with the man who broke her heart and inspired the songs on the record.

“We’re becoming friends again,” she told a London audience this week. “It’s alright, I know what I’m doing. Enough time has gone by now.”

Linkin Park Plays Unique Cover of Adele’s ‘Rolling in the Deep’ [VIDEO]

With 3.5 million copies sold and chart-topping radio play around the world, Adele’s ‘Rolling in the Deep’ is arguably the song of 2011. You just can’t escape it these days — not even if you’re in the audience for a Linkin Park concert.

At a recent fan club show, band members Chester Bennington and Mike Shinoda unveiled their unplugged version of ‘Rolling in the Deep,’ stripping it down to acoustic guitar and vocals. It offered not only a new take on the song, but a rarely seen side of Linkin Park, a band that has sold more than 50 million units (and won a pair of Grammys) on the strength of its loud, rap-tinged brand of rock.

Gwyneth Paltrow returns to the hit FOX musical series 'Glee' tomorrow night, and based on this latest sound bite, it's going to be another high note for the Oscar-winning actress.
