Let’s just start off by saying Bozeman is a dog town, period. If you go camping with friends, I guarantee you there will be almost as many dogs as people. Go downtown and sit in a restaurant with a window facing the street – you’ll see dogs in every shape, color and size. Bozemanites LOVE their canines. In my house – 1 human / three dogs. Needless to say I have had my yahoos everywhere, and here are my thoughts on some of the best places to take your dog(s).

The Bozeman City Commission passed a Community Climate Action plan just last night to further monitor Bozeman's Carbon footprint. The plan includes monitoring our CO2 emissions and limiting them as much as possible by including more bike lanes and allowing residents to decline a phone book delivery just to name a couple. What do you think? I work downtown and live on the West side of town and would like to ride my bike occasionally and Peach would be the ideal route so I am for it. Traveling East from 7th street is usually a battle with all of the cars as the roads get narrower and also more the roads are more beat up with potholes and other road blemishes. What do you think, should Peach get a bike lane?

Japanese residents living in Bozeman are planning a fund raiser on March 27th to help gain support for the devastated people in Japan. The fundraiser will be at I-Hos Korean Grill and will be selling Japanese food. The Japanese population in Bozeman have reported that their families are safe in Japan but their hearts go out to all of the people suffering in their native country. See how you can help inside.
