Arraignment Scheduled For Man In Cody Wyoming Abduction Case

Jesse Speer - a former Manhattan, Montana resident has had his arraignment scheduled for his role in the abduction of an 11 year old girl this past October. It is set for Friday, December 21 at 1 p.m. in Park County District Court in Cody, Wyoming.  Speer is being held there on charges of kidnapping and aggravated assault.
