Spruce Moose

Ozomatli was born and bred in Los Angeles and we are excited to welcome them to the 2013 Spruce Moose. They began as a musical protest group performing at labor protests, inner-city elementary schools, community events and city fundraisers. The city of Los Angeles officially declared April 23rd "Ozomatli Day" in recognition of the band's efforts.

If you're like me and you enjoy sitting and relaxing while listening to great music, don't forget to bring your lawn chair up to Spruce Moose this weekend. I've been to all sorts of outdoor venues this summer including, a Bon Iver concert in Utah, Story Under the Stars, the 4th of July Firework show, and I've come to realize, having the perfect chair goes a long way.

It's finally here!  The Spruce Moose Festival is this weekend!  The music kicks off Friday night at Whiskey Jacks with The Clintons and Golden Grenade, and continues Saturday on the Mountain side at Big Sky Resort!  The Whigs get things started, and Michael Franti & Spearhead will conclude the evening!

It's hard to believe but Spruce Moose is just a few weeks away!  Michael Franti and Spearhead and The Whigs are playing one big day of music, September 1st on the Mountain at Big Sky Resort.  We will be out and about Wednesday (the 22nd) at Simpson Honda from 4pm - 5:30pm...
