So says fellow judge L.A. Reid, anyway, who during a recent interview revealed, "We're gonna compete against American Idol just fine. I'm very confident. But along with Simon Cowell and Cheryl, I donÕt know who the other judge is."

According to EW.com, Cole is still in talks with the network and no official word has been made. (Still, given that the news came from L.A. Reid's lips, it's probably true.)
