I am always inspired by people who accomplish the huge task of loosing a significant amount of weight to become healthy.  And this story has such a fun ending - after loosing over 100 lbs, this lovely lady was crowned Miss South Carolina!  Check out this video!  Its a real example of what we can accomplish if we put our minds to it!
