Music on Main 2016 kicks off this week with a Bozeman favorite: The Clintons.

The band originated in Bozeman, getting their start in 1999 at a frat party on the upper floor of the Story Mansion, and their participation in the first Music on Main of the year has become a Bozeman tradition.

This is the 16th year for Music on Main. The free concert series takes place on the city's Main Street from Rouse Avenue to Black Avenue every Thursday night throughout the summer. The street closes down during that time for family fun and live music.

Kids' activities take place between 6:30 and 8 p.m. in the Pepsi Co. Family Zone on South Bozeman Avenue. There will be bouncy houses, face painting, hula hooping and more.

Food vendors will be there offering a variety of tasty treats. Family activities will also be provided at local non-profit booths. Bring your reusable water bottle and fill up at the City of Bozeman's water bottle fill station next to First Security Bank.

But the main draw is the music, which takes place from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Here's the 2016 lineup:
