If you have spend time over in Livingston, you know that one of their most beloved bands is The Max. If you haven't seen or heard of them let me tell you, if you want to dance the night away - their your band.

My first introduction to their fun live music was at Chico Hot Springs on New Years Eve years ago.  Truthfully the night is a little foggy, but all I remember was dancing my butt off. Well, it turns out according to their facebook page - they have been entertaining crowds in the Valley for over 25 years!  This past weekend Ross and I joined some friends at JR's in Belgrade to see them play again - and like always, they were absolutely fantastic!  They play anything from Pink Floyd, to "Stacy's Mom", Billy Joel, Green Day ect ect ect.  I gotta know - does anyone have any "back in the day" stories to share?  If you haven't seen them - CLICK BELOW for their schedule!

THE MAX has entertained and delighted audiences nationwide for 25 years. With Kyle Brenner on guitar, Mike Young on drums, and Frank O’Connor on bass, THE MAX plays a wide variety of choice danceable covers and has two original albums, both available at www.retrospectrecords.com. THE MAX has opened for Styx, REO Speedwagon, and The Fabulous Thunderbirds, has shared the bill with the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Big Head Todd and the Monsters, and has played in every venue from bars to weddings to outdoor concerts and in front of crowds as large as 80,000.
