Gallatin Country Sheriff's Search and Rescue were called out to rescue two men that were out in single digit temperatures early Monday, December 31st.  The two men were stuck on a north county road that is often impassable and were forced to spend the night.

They went for an afternoon drive on Sunday, December 30th when the storm rolled in, effected the visibility and they ended up getting stuck in a snow drift. The two men ran the engine to stay warm until running out of fuel early Monday morning.  One of the men, age 19, walked between three to four miles to a high spot to get service to call 911.  Bot men were found cold but uninjured and were given a ride to safety.
