Jordan Johnson, quarterback for the University of Montana was formally charged yesterday with felony rape.  He was accused of the crime in March - when a woman said he went from "playful to aggressive" and raped her.  The University of Montana Football team has suspended Johnson indefinitely - as per the Code of Conduct Handbook.

According to the, Johnson's felony charge  carries a possible two years to life sentence in prison. Johnson is reportedly set to appear Aug. 14 in Missoula County District Court.
