Verge Theater Summer Adult Improv Classes Start Soon

The Verge Theater (formerly the Equinox Theater) is holding some adult summer improv classes and they start soon!  Here are the details :

INTRO TO IMPROV, LEVEL 1:

Instructors: Christian McDaniel and Paige Johnson

The intro to improvisation class delves into the basics of improv and hits home the importance of supporting your fellow class members. In this class you will learn improv basics, object work, environment in a scene, and improv games that allow you to practice all these skills. The Intro To Improv Class begins on Sunday, June 2nd. Classes run from 2pm-3:30pm every Sunday for 9 weeks. Cost is $150

 DEEPER IMPROV, LEVEL 2:

Instructor: Ryan Cassavaugh

In this class you will delve deeper into improvisational scene work, improv games and concentrate on the fundamentals that were taught in Level 1. They will reiterate the importance of supporting your fellow actors, as well as go over in detail what makes a solid scene. The next Deeper Improv Class begins on Tuesday, June 4th. Classes run 7pm-9pm every Tuesday for 9 weeks. Cost is $180
