Was Gangnam Style Written for Babies? [VIDEO]

In this video you will see baby Amaya fast asleep but as soon as she hears the intro to 'Gangnam Style' her eyes burst open and she begins to pump her feet! Was the song designed to register well with the little ones or is it just that catchy? Either way, this video is pretty hilarious.
